By accessing or using TestFinesse, you agree to these Terms of Service. TestFinesse is operated by Bliss Media, Inc. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility And Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must use an account only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not share your account credentials, impersonate another person, or use the service to violate any law or the rights of others.

3. Service Description

TestFinesse provides exam-preparation tools, coaching, progress tracking, and related educational features. We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam, and we do not provide professional, academic, or legal advice.

4. Pricing And Billing

TestFinesse is not launching with paid subscriptions at MVP launch. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will provide pricing and billing disclosures before you are charged.

Future paid plans, if offered, may renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.

If you cancel a paid plan, your benefits continue until the end of the current billing period and the plan will not renew for the next period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide partial-period refunds or credits for unused time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by copying, scraping, reverse engineering, interfering with security or access controls, or using the service in a way that could harm TestFinesse or other users.

6. Intellectual Property

TestFinesse and its content, design, software, and trademarks are owned by Bliss Media, Inc. or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable right to use the service for personal study purposes.

You retain rights in the content you submit, but you grant us the rights needed to operate, improve, and provide the service.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bliss Media, Inc., TestFinesse, and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service.

9. Suspension And Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk or liability, or used the service unlawfully.

10. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users.
